This is a well-made sourdough version of the French classic. The ZBS Baguette has a caramelised crust but a surprisingly moist crumb. Its flavour is enhanced by natural leavening and the addition of some stoneground wholegrain flour.
It is an ideal accompaniment to a shared meal or antipasto. This loaf can be refreshed in a hot oven in a few minutes for a crunchy warm table bread.
