Considerations when placing your order

  • When you place your online order, we begin the 2-day process of making your bespoke sourdough loaf. Your loaf will be made by hand and slowly fermented before being baked and shipped to you.
  • We plan your order to ensure that your loaf is baked on a day that it can be shipped—between Monday and Friday.
  • If you have special delivery-due-date requirements, please leave us a note when placing your order. Don’t forget to leave your mobile number!

Day Zero

Place your order (if after 2pm or if a weekend, your day Zero will be the next business day)

We start mixing our Certified Organic and Biodynamic ingredients to make your loaf

Day 1

Your loaf will be slowly fermented, hand-shaped and rested


Day 2

Your loaf will be baked, packed and shipped to you

You will receive a confirmation email and tracking code


Days 3 to 5*

You’ll have a specially sealed and vacuum-packed loaf on your doorstep ready to eat!

You will receive a tracking notification email and/or SMS

We have been on a long journey to source the best Certified Organic Gluten-Free flours to perfect an entirely naturally leavened loaf that delivers excellent flavour and superb wholegrain nutritional value.  Long sourdough fermentation acts as a form of pre-digestion transforming the ingredients and producing bread full of nutrients and minerals more easily absorbed by our digestive systems. 


The loaf is free from: dairy, baker’s yeast, potato starch, xanthan & guar gums, preservatives, sugar and egg.
