The oats are sourced locally and custom milled for us—soft and creamy with a hearty grain flavour. Our Certified Organic and Biodynamic dried fruits are succulent and deeply flavoured, and the addition of buckwheat and rolled golden linseed give extra nutritional boost and a nutty crunch.
