ZBS breadcrumbs are prepared using our premium hearth baked sourdough breads. ZBS sourdoughs are handmade true to traditional long fermentation methods using the best Certified Organic ingredients with a Leaven that we’ve nurtured for well over three decades.
ZBS breadcrumbs have a distinctive and lingering flavor, which imparts a nutty tang to your cooking. Use these breadcrumbs to coat fish or vegetables for pan frying, thicken stews, or toast and toss with pasta, garlic, parsley and olive oil to create a delicious Pangrattato.
