It takes years of fermentation experience and skill to create a light open rustic ciabatta such as this without resorting to commercial yeast. Organic virgin olive oil and slow leavening produce a more intensely flavoured Ciabatta.

Serve warm at the table or slice horizontally for a fantastic continental sandwich.

  • Certified Organic & Biodynamic flours (white wheat flour, stoneground sifted wheat flour, wholewheat flour)
  • Twice filtered 'Grander' water
  • Certified Organic sourdough culture
  • Certified Organic extra virgin olive oil
