True to tradition - this is an authentic Genovese style soft focaccia bread - made in a 'slab' form (35cm x 21cm) with just the right amount of olive oil. Folding and nurturing of the proving process creates a bubbly and soft scoff-able texture.
Great value for a lunch setting - create a serving size to suit - but usually 6 per piece. Grills amazingly well too.
