Orders placed for our Millet and Linseed loaf are sent into production from Monday to Friday. Our hand made, naturally leavened loaf takes 2 days to create, sit tight and it will be on your doorstep in no time!
We have been on a long journey to source only the best Certified Organic Gluten-Free flours that combine to perfect a loaf that delivers both on excellent flavour and on wholegrain nutritional value. Furthermore this loaf is fully naturally leavened.
Sourdough fermentation acts as a form of pre-digestion transforming the ingredients and producing bread full of nutrients and minerals more easily absorbed by our digestive systems.
We are proud to have created a loaf that by EU and USA standards meets their Gluten Free classification of less than 20 parts per million.
The loaf is free from: dairy, baker’s yeast, potato starch, xanthan & guar gums, preservatives, sugar and egg.
This loaf is made from 100% non-gluten ingredients and is made separately to other breads. However, it may contain traces of gluten and is NOT suitable for people with medical hyper-sensitivity to GLUTEN.
