ZBS Spelt-crumbs are prepared using our award-winning Spelt, Buckwheat and Polenta loaf. All ZBS sourdoughs are handmade true to traditional long fermentation methods using the best Certified Organic ingredients and the Leaven that we’ve nurtured for well over three decades. The malty flavour of toasted polenta combines with earthiness of buckwheat and nuttiness of wholegrain spelt to impart a distinctive additional dimension to your cooking.
Use spelt-crumbs to add crunch to gratins, to coat fish or vegetables for pan frying, thicken stews, or toast and toss with pasta, garlic, parsley and olive oil to create a delicious Pangrattato.
