It takes years of fermentation experience and skill to create a light open rustic Ciabatta range, such as ours, without resorting to bakers yeast. Extra virgin olive oil and the slow leavening produces a far more flavoursome Ciabatta roll than usual.
The low flat profile of these rolls allows them to reheat very quickly to serve warm if that is desired. They toast magnificently. Best shape for fried eggs!
