The rye flavour is at the fore in this loaf capturing the essence of Northern European baking heritage. This loaf has a moist dense cakey interior and a sublime caramelised crust.
The Macro Stoneground Wholegrain Wheat & Rye has parallel sides and blunt ends giving it a high yield and consistency of slice size. A great value, general-purpose, foodservice loaf.
