Vollkorn, meaning wholegrain in German, is the basis for this richly dense and bold loaf. It’s a traditional Schwarzbrot wholegrain bread that combines Certified Organic stoneground whole rye flour, Biodynamic spelt flour and freshly sprouted Biodynamic rye grain.
The dense structure and longer life of this loaf has allowed us to offer it to you directly.
Prepare as a Danish-style open sandwich, or Smørrebrød, by slicing thin and topping with simple and fresh ingredients.
