Sourdough Panettone 700g
Panettone is a celebratory feast day bread-cake dating back to the Roman Empire. Ours aligns with traditional Panettone, free from candied fruits and achieving its lightness from sourdough leavening—a long and slow rise—rather than yeast. Remarkably difficult to achieve, this method of crafting Panettone relies heavily on the skills of our artisan bakers. It is well balanced: subtly sweet with plump sultanas, rich with butter and eggs, and a delicate tang that comes from natural leavening and fresh citrus rind.
Shelf Life: four weeks. Our Panettone are completely natural, made without preservatives or softeners and thus should be eaten fresh.
Storage: wrap well and keep in an airtight container. Over a longer period, it will eventually dehydrate but can still make great eating; bring your Panettone back to freshness by heating in a low oven at 100˚C until warm or lightly toasting.
Our Certified Organic Granola is handmade in small batches in Torquay using carefully sourced ingredients, including the creamiest Certified Organic oats, Organic almonds, rolled golden linseed, buckwheat kernels and a touch of orange and spice.
Created with the philosophy of less is more, our handmade Certified Organic Muesli is simple and elegant—a well-balanced combination of carefully sourced Certified Organic ingredients. The oats are sourced locally and custom milled for us—soft and creamy with a hearty grain flavour. Our Certified Organic and Biodynamic dried fruits are succulent and deeply flavoured, and the addition of buckwheat and rolled golden linseed give extra nutritional boost and a nutty crunch.

Our white bread crumbs are made from our iconic long fermented Southern Casalinga sourdough loaves. They have a distinctive and lingering flavor, which imparts a nutty tang to your cooking.
Sourdough Spelt-Crumbs 300g
Our pelt-crumbs are prepared using our award-winning long fermented Spelt, Buckwheat and Polenta loaf. The malty flavour of toasted polenta combines with earthiness of buckwheat and nuttiness of wholegrain spelt to impart a distinctive additional dimension to your cooking.
