Light Wholemeal (Tin & Open) The Middle ground – a nice balance of whole wheat and white flour. The wholemeal flour adds both earthy, bran powered flavour and fibre. Makes wholesome sandwiches but also toasts magnificently. The difference between the tin and open is the open is baked on the sole of the oven. More crust and more flavour than the tinned version as a result.
