We have been on a long journey to source the best Certified Organic Gluten-Free flours to perfect an entirely naturally leavened loaf that delivers excellent flavour and superb wholegrain nutritional value. Long sourdough fermentation acts as a form of pre-digestion transforming the ingredients and producing bread full of nutrients and minerals more easily absorbed by our digestive systems.
These loaves are made from 100% non-gluten ingredients, separately to other breads. However, it may contain traces of gluten and is NOT suitable for people with medical hyper-sensitivity to GLUTEN. Contains approximately 20 parts per million of gluten.
Dispatched on Mondays with express shipping to get to you as fresh as possible. Orders must be in by 1pm on Friday for Monday dispatch, orders placed after this will be dispatched a week later.
