I am a fiend of Hot Cross Buns. Tasted thousands as a buyer for 20 years, and yours are on a whole other level. You have solved the fruit/sugar/spice/sourdough/taste issue magnificently. They are pretty special, I love em, easily the best I've seen, (I am the harshest critic). Love your work.
