This is the middle ground, a nice balance of whole wheat and white flours. Wholmeal flour adds both earthy bran-powered flavour and fibre to this naturally leavened loaf. The sesame seed coating provides additional roasted nutty complexity to the crust. The Light Wholemeal makes wholesome sandwiches but also toasts magnificently.
Ingredients:
- Certified Organic and Biodynamic flours (wholemeal wheat, white wheat and stoneground wheat)
- Twice filtered 'Grander' water
- Certified Organic sourdough culture
- Natural sea salt
- Certified Organic sesame seeds
