This loaf is naturally leavened and made from a careful choice of Gluten-Free flours and seeds. Sprouted lentils, quinoa, pepitas and buckwheat kernels greatly enhance the protein, fibre and nutrient content to form a wholesome loaf that is readily digestible, texturally satisfying and flavourful.
The loaf is free from: dairy, baker’s yeast, potato starch, xanthan & guar gums, preservatives, sugar and egg.
